Exterior walls are primed & painted (two coats) with weather stripping to provide moisture barrier when interlocked together. Exterior panels have R-21 fiberglass insulation installed within. Interior walls are coated with textured fiberglass covering, primed & painted (two coats). Electrical boxes and Plumbing supply and drain pipes are all preinstalled.
